You are able to send a manual communication straight from the Job, both via Web Portal or the App.

In the Web Portal, when you have the job open, there are clickable links that lead to the communications types available for that client.

A drawer will then open on the right side of the job screen, and you can select what kind of correspondence you would like to send. There is a link to templates, if you have some created on your account. Once you're happy with the message, click on Send

In the App, you can communicate with the client from the jobs list by swiping right and selecting one of the communications options.
