The SMS messages sent from the Formitize system originate a copy from a non-reply number, not your personal phone number. This means that if a customer attempts to reply directly to the SMS, then their response will not be received by anyone.
It may be necessary to inform your clients in the message not to reply to the SMS, or to alternatively provide your phone number in the message with a note to send any correspondence to the supplied number in the text.
