Yes. As you create the walls in FormSketch, you can view a measurement alongside it, allowing you to adjust the image to scale in your map.
To set what kind of measurement you would like to use, select the Grid settings in the top menu of the FormSketch application. You can select what method of measurement that you would like to use for your map when you click on the grid settings cog.
Once you have selected your preferred measurement, then click on the building icon at the bottom of the drawing tool, and then select the wall tool.
Select a spot in the map where you would like to begin the wall (1.). Then click on another spot (2.), you can then select either of those points again and move it around as required, the measuring tool will automatically show up while you're adjusting the wall, so that you are able to create maps with scale accuracy.
