To add an image to any of your templates, you will first need to ensure the image is accessible from your resources.
If it is not, you can add the resource into your account via the Web Portal by navigating to Resources > Add New Resource.
In the Web Portal select resources > View Resources, this will provide you with a list of all resources in your account. You can use the smart table to search or filter the data if necessary.
Find the image file that you are wanting added to your template and click on the link under the File column.
This link will open the image in a pop up window, right click on the image displayed and select 'Copy image address'.
Locate the Job Type Template and what content you want to adjust by navigating to the Web Portal > Jobs > Job Type Template > Select the desired Job Type Template through the ID or arrow.
You will then need to select 'Job Status Updates' and/or 'Future Reminders' dependent on what content you want to adjust.
Click into the 'content' box to bring up the formatting menu, from this menu, click the image button next to the table icon.
Selecting this will bring up the image properties menu, paste the image address into the URL field, press enter or tab to move to the next field. This will display a preview of the image, if the image is too large or small, you can adjust it in the width and height field on the left.
Click 'OK' to save the image settings, the image will now appear in the preview of the content section, once adjusted to your liking, click 'Save' to finalise the content.
