Mobile Assets are assets that your business uses regularly for jobs (eg: vehicles, equipment, etc).
To create new mobile assets, you first need to create the Asset Type for them.
Go to Assets > New Asset Type > select Mobile Assets in the Asset Category dropdown > enter the rest of the details; Asset Type title, information, and permissions, etc for the asset type and select Save.
With the new Asset Type created, you can then add the mobile assets to the list. Go to Assets > select New Asset > select the Asset Type for the mobile assets.
Enter the information for the Asset (Note: To register it to a User, then you may need to add the User to your Contacts (you can tag them as an employee rather than a customer). Select Save changes and the Mobile Asset will be registered to your Formitize account. You can then view the Mobile Asset in the scheduler, and schedule it to be in use.
