No. You cannot currently move an Asset from one Asset Type to another. You can only recreate the Asset within the Asset Type list that you would like it connected to, and then delete / archive the Asset within the old Asset Type.
An archived Asset can be reactivated if you want to use it in the old Asset Type again.
