Formitize Webforms now have an extra layer of security, so that you can make sure that the correct person is filling out and submitting the Webform.

This has been achieved by creating new Webform Security level options for your form. If you would like this applied to all the forms of a particular template, in your Web Portal go to Forms > Existing Templates > Select the Form Template or (if it's a new form) + New Form Template.

In the initial details page, you can see whether you have Web Forms enabled by scrolling down to the Webforms Option:

After you've selected the check box to enable Webform version of your form, make sure to Save at the bottom of the page. The Details section should then refresh with the Webform options below that check box. The options are arranged into tabs, and one of those tabs is for Security.

By default, Form Templates are set to be available to anyone with the link, but you can choose to create a Password to access the form, or have 2FA send a code to the phone or email address of the person who is supposed to access it.

Anyone with Link means anyone with the link to the Webform can view and submit the form.

Password Protected will require the person submitting the form to enter a password in order to do so.

SMS/Email Verification will send a code to the mobile device or email address of the intended party who should be submitting the form.

You can also set up Webform Security for individual forms if you don't want it set up on the form template:
