Yes, automated communication can be created on any stage of your Lead Pipeline to be triggered automatically. Communication is triggered when the lead moves into a stage and can be an email, SMS, PDF letter or a task.
To create your communication on the Web Portal, got to the Settings cog > Smart Assist > Leads - Sales Assist > choose the pipeline that you would like to add the communication to > choose the type of communication, when the communication will be triggered and then create the communication.
The content can use Placeholders to be able to personalise the content with CRM, Lead and your business information.
