Just like adding any other form to the Job Type you can add a webform to be automatically attached to a job and have it automatically send.


Choose the web form to be attached to the job in the Job Details page of the job type.

In Job Status updates and future reminders you have to have the placeholder (ctrl + space to add a place for the webform added to your communication for the communication to automatically send the web form);



If there is detail specific to the web form that needs to be pre filled before the webform is sent, this can be done when creating the job
