Just like adding any other form to the Job Type you can add a Webform to a Job type template so that it will automatically send to the client, or to a User who is supposed to fill it out.


In the Web Portal, go to Jobs > Job Type Templates > select the Edit arrow for the template that you'd like the Webform to attach to > in the Job Details settings, select the Webform you'd like attached to the job in the Job Details page of the job type > Save. You can select more than one form template.

In Job Status updates and future reminders you have to have the placeholder (ctrl + space to add a place for the webform added to your communication) for the communication to automatically send the web form:
