To change your login details, in the Web Portal click on your User Avatar (located in the top right corner) > My Profile.
You will then be taken to you profile details settings, where you can change your profile name, username, email address, and password (Note: You will need to know what the original password was in order to change it). If you've forgotten or don't know your current/former password, then you can contact the Formitize Support team at [email protected] and we will resend your login details to the nominated email address attached to your User account.
