With our Single-Device Access Policy, our support team are able to work more efficiently to assist you and your Users with any issues that you may be coming up against. This is also made easier by using an employee's name (even if just the first name and surname initial) for the user account, rather than titles like 'Sales, Director', etc. It will prevent potential confusion in our correspondence, and also make it easier for your own user organisation.
The initial user account created when a Formitize account is registered is labeled 'admin' and this is the Super Administrator for your Formitize account, so the Username can remain that so long as the registered user's name is in their account details, but you can change the Username if you wish..
In the Web Portal, select the Profile Icon on the top right of the screen > select My Profile.
This is where you can edit your name, username, email address, and password (your Username is the name you use when logging in to your account). Once you've changed any profile details you want to change, select Submit.
Note: You cannot use a space or other non-alphabetical or non-numeric symbols in the Username.
