Documents related to your Users can be uploaded to your Formitize account, either to keep on record, or for use within forms. This could be licenses, photos / images, registrations, and so on.


To upload a new User document, in the Web Portal go to Admin > All Users > select the edit arrow for the User > select the Uploads tab.


A window will pop up where you can enter the details for the document, and upload the file. You can also select an expiry date and which Users Groups can view and / or will receive a notification when the expiry date is getting close, so that the documents can be updated.



Select Save & Close once you've completed the details, to upload the document.


You will now have the document listed for the User. You can edit it any time by selecting the edit pencil.
