Locate the Webform Security settings in the Web Portal, by going to: > Forms > View Form Templates >Edit arrow for target template > scroll to the bottom of the Details page > select the Security tab under Webform Options (make sure the template has Webforms Enabled) > select Password Protected in the Webform Security dropdown > enter the password that will be required > Save.

Or, in an individual form, select Convert to Webform > Save > select Password Protected in the Webform Security dropdown > enter the password that will be required > Save again.

When the webform link is used, the person attempting to access it will need to enter the password in order to view and complete the webform.

Note: If you do not have access to webform options, you will need to opt in to the Webforms feature of Formitize.
